1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of olymplondon.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Audax Media Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States, trading as Olymp London. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Audax Media Group LLC.
By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you use belongs to you, or that you have permission to use it.
3. Products, descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are taken under studio and natural light, and screens render colour differently, so small variations between an image and the item you receive are normal and are not a fault.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it, but the contract between us is formed only when we dispatch the item. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund you in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
7. Delivery and risk
Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Any import duties or customs charges, where they apply, are your responsibility.
8. Returns, exchanges and cancellation
Our Refund Policy sets out your right to return or exchange an item and how to do it. It forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any statutory right you have as a consumer.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics and the Olymp London name and marks, belongs to us or to our licensors. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to introduce malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to scrape or copy it systematically.
11. Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Links to other sites
Where we link to other sites we do so for convenience. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
